DID YOU KNOW ?

Did you know that it's absolutely imperative that your eavestroughs and downspout are installed correctly! I see situations all the time where basements are leaking because of improperly installed gutters and downspouts. Your gutters must be sloped towards your downspouts and your downspouts need to termimate at least 4' from the house, also did you know you need a downspout every 28'.  This provides good rain water control.

Even properly installed gutters and downspouts can be problematic if they're not able to function as intended, this means they must be clean so water can flow! Save yourself a huge hassle and check your gutters for slope, make sure your downspouts terminate away from the house and make sure they are clean.
