I have worked with Andrew McCarthy for the past 4 years in Hamilton & Niagara and he has been my main "go-to" home inspector ever since. I've been in the business since 2005 and it is a real pleasure to work with someone that genuinely cares about their clients on the level that he does. He approaches each job with professionalism and always goes above and beyond to ensure the client is understanding the home inspection process as it's happening as well as the final outcome of the report. He has experience with many different styles and ages of homes which is a huge bonus in the Hamilton area as you can go from 70's ranch style on the mountain to 1886 architectural masterpiece's downtown, not your run of the mill home inspection.
